Wordless Wednesday.

This edition of Wordless Wednesday is brought to you by Riley, in honor of her turning 10 months old today. These are pictures (and one video) taken during our walks the past couple of days and from a trip to the dog park on Monday. I can't believe my baby girl is 10 months old already!

Obsessing over: these really great Prada glasses I saw when I went to the eye doctor today. I thought I'd be getting new glasses today, as my vision insurance allows me one completely free pair of glasses every two years. Apparently I miscalculated and I don't get the free glasses until July! I am a sad panda. I just hope they still have those glasses when I go back in July.

Working on: rearranging a couple of my dresser drawers and the top of my dresser. To say my dresser top is messy is an understatement!

Thinking about: when the hell my back is going to stop hurting; when the fuck the 2 shots I got last week are going to really start to work and do their job. 

Anticipating: getting to see Mike when he gets home from his trip/race. I miss him like crazy whenever he's away, be it 4 days, 8 days or 15 days. 

Listening to: the television in the background. I'm half paying attention to an episode of Khloe and Lamar. (I almost just typed LamLam!) This show is such a guilty pleasure of mine.

Drinking: raspberry iced tea with Splenda though I'll probably make myself a cup of decaf chai later.

Wishing: right now, there are two things I'd wish for. One, that this week passes quickly and two, that my back gets better sooner rather than later. I'm mentally and physically exhausted from my back being in so much pain over the past couple of weeks.

I know I say this every week, but I mean it even more this week- THANK THE UNIVERSE IT'S FRIDAY!! This has been a long and arduous week for me. My back has been giving me a hell all week long; I finally saw my doctor yesterday and received two shots in my lower back and now I am just sitting here patiently (okay maybe not so patiently) waiting for the shots to take their full effect. And on that note, here are some awesome things I've seen online this week!

Throwback Thursday.

Remember when Mike and I first became a couple and we used to take sickening, lovey-dovey pictures together all the time?? We always made a point of taking kissing pictures together; it was "our" thing, our little tradition. We seemed to have stopped doing that- what happened to us? Oh yeah, we got a dog ;) I miss these pictures though. I miss these intimate moments. I definitely need to start taking pictures like this again! (That also means I need to start carrying my point & shoot camera with me everywhere, as opposed to relying on my iPhone camera.)
